In terms of section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000, requests for access to records held by Citlas Solutions must be submitted in writing to the Information Officer at elton@citlas.dev. Requests should identify the record sought, the form of access required and the requester's contact details, and must state the right the requester seeks to exercise or protect. Records held include client agreements, project documentation, financial records, and statutory records. Access may be refused on the grounds set out in Chapter 4 of PAIA, including the protection of third-party privacy and commercial information. Prescribed fees may apply.
